Help Device Stuck, Won't Load

I'm trying to turn on my EVO 3D, but beginning yesterday it stays stuck on the Sprint logo with the white background. I'd like to solve this issue without doing a complete factory reset, so any advice would be much appreciated.

wow, let it power off. and them restart it. If it always stucks there, the system must break down. And you have to factory reset maybe. Or u can just sent it to the factory. of coursr u canalso use some recovery software to help u.

Evo 3D, that's probably around 5-6 years old now, a very long time in phone years. Maybe not a lot could be done with it now, if it is a fault.
