welcome to AF!!!!!!!!!!!!
what are you trying to do? if you are trying to use skype then it should automatically use the front facing camera. if not then there should be a reverse button in the camera mode to switch from back camera to the front. i have never heard of your device before but that is usually where it will be in most android devices.
