Diagonal screen scrolling?

Hey folks,

I've been searching all over the web, including this site for my possible problem regarding the Nexus 7 screen with no luck on finding an answer. I've noticed while scrolling menus and the web on my Nexus 7 that the top half of the screen seems to be slower than the bottom half while in portrait, swiping left to right. It seems like the top half needs to play catch up with the bottom half. It also happens in landscape mode, too. In the same area that the top half of the screen would be. There's no screen tearing (vsync problems) that I know of. It's really noticeable when scrolling slowly between menus in portrait mode. Other than that my Nexus 7 is completely flawless.

I'm attaching a .jpeg I made in MSPaint to hopefully help someone understand what i'm talking about. I just want to know if it's an OS type thing, or possibly hardware related, or maybe it's just a normal type of thing with IPS screens? Hopefully someone can shed some light on this, and test it yourself to see if it happens to yours. Thanks.
