Root Dial out with Google Voice on MIUI

Hello!

I'm on MIUI 1.9.2 with GV version 0.4.2.36 and I can't figure out how to dial out with Google Voice! I allowed Third-party access, but whenever I call someone, it uses my Verizon number :(. Is there a fix?

Turn 3rd party access off. It will work then.
