Help Dialer get stuck at "hanging up"

Note sure if it is a Nexus 5 problem or AT&T, when I call someone and I get a busy(it could be that the network is busy) tone (still showing "dialing" as the status) when I try to hang-up the phone gets stack at "hanging up" for almost a minute; in the meantime the busy tone still plays while the phone tries to hangup.

Anyone had that issue before? Any ideas?

I have both a nexus 5 and AT&T and have never had that happen. Hmmm. Are you on the stock dialer?

Yes, stock. I pretty sure that the busy tone was the "network is busy" tone, not sure if it matters.

That I haven't heard yet, just a standard busy signal. Maybe that has something to do with it?
