Dialer One was just updated and you can now set it to exit out of the dialer app totally after the call ends, no more need for "Not Call Log". Other options have been added as well, but that one is huge in my book. It works very nicely.

I saw that also, I was curious about this. If someone calls me, I didn't think that Dialer one was used at all. Therefore, I thought that at the end of a call when someone called me, it would still go into the call log. But it doesn't. So, your right, there is no need for "Not call log" anymore.
