i have tried some dialers like go contacts and dialer one, but i didn't find an option to call a "normal" number over the internet.
All of them would make an internet call only if they recognize the number as a voip number. That would require me to duplicate all the numbers i have, crazy.
On my gingerbread i have an option to ask to choose voip for every call, but that's annoying since voip for me is the minority of cases.
On my Nokia i had i could just click "menu > internet call" over the number/contact.
