Help Dialing Extensions/Menu Options

Up until 3 days ago I could dial extensions and menu responses... Now all of a sudden I can not. I called Boost Mobile that's my carrier and was told it is a network issue and they have no idea when or if it will be fixed??

I have tried the pause, and the wait; none will work on my phone?? Is anyone else having this issue? I even tried to call sprint and I keep being transferred back to boost.

Otherwise my phone works the way it should... I mean it seems like you can't dial any number without having to go through a menu options? How am I to get through to anybody if I can't dial a menu options?

Call your home phone and listen while you press a few numbers. See what you hear.

If you don't hear tones, try installing another dialer, like Go Dialer. See if that makes any difference.

It could be a network problem, but it's in-band signalling (the same frequencies as voices) so it wouldn't be a "problem", it would have to be that they're selectively blocking just the DTMF frequencies, which would be nuts.

Unfortunately,I do not have a house line... and the go dailer app still wont allow me to dial menu options... I can't even dial my voice mail, because it asks for your pin. I can not it seems input nothing??
