I have seen this problem multiple times -but it does not happen every day... Most of the time I call from my Call History - it is next to the Dialer Tab. I just select my contact I want to call & click the green dial button next to it - but it makes the call to a different contact (i have dialed that contact recently also) not the contact I have selected to dial.
