I'm new to the Android world and am having difficulty dialling International telephone numbers when they are listed in Email (Using the native Email app, Hotmail app or Touchdown app)
Each time I click on a telephone number that is listed with a + followed by country code (eg +1 or +44) the full number including + and the country code is not delivered to the Phone app, only the number after the + and country code is then ready for dialling.
I have tried to change the format of the telephone numbers as shown below, but each time only 214969XXXX is then ready for dialling in the phone application.
+1 214.969.XXXX
(+1) 214-969-XXXX
+1 214-969-XXXX
+1-214-969-XXXX
(+1).214.969.XXXX
+1.214.969.XXXX
+1214969XXXX
Any ideas ?
