Help did I brick my nexus 10?

I have a rooted nexus 10 that was running 4.4.4. I got the ota notification for 5.0 and went ahead and tried to install. After downloading, the tablet tried to install and failed. Now I'm stuck in a reboot loop with a dead android and exclamation point. Did I do the wrong thing? Was I notsupposed to use the OTA update? Am I screwed? Any help would be appreciated.
 
can you get to fastboot itself? if so I would recommend nexus rootkit for your pc. you may loose all data according to how deep you are in trouble but at least you will get the device back.
