Root Did i brick my phone???!!? Please help asap

Did I brick my phone? I have the samsung epic 4G. I was tr ying to root it, while in the middle of booting the new files my usb came dissconnected. It only half booted the new files. Now when I turn it on it shows the evil phone with triangle and computer symbol. I can still access download mode but i cant get it to link to my computer. What do I do? Can it even be fixed?

I did the same thing, however my screen went red and now the phone won't turn on at all.

Any help? Did I kill it?

Can you boot into download mode? 1 on the keyboard with the power button.

It won't do anything. It doesn't charge and it won't connect to the computer.

if you dont finish the install the phone is toast but however the party isnt over i bricked my epic 4g because a flicker in our power and there is a simple $60 fix . mobiletechvideos.mybigcommerce will jtag your phone and send it back pretty quickly . Josh was quick on replys and there website is really high tech with a automated check out . hope that helps my phone was only 2 days old when i bricked it ..
