Help Did My Samsumg Galaxy Note 3 Destroy my SD Card?

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 on AT&T (model no. N900A) and I have a 32GB Samsung microSD card installed.

Everything was normal today until I checked a text message earlier and noticed the font was different (I have fonts installed on the card that I use in different apps). I then noticed a notification that said something about the SD card. I cannot remember if it said the card was "unexpectedly removed" or was "unmounted". Either way, I restarted my phone to see if that would help and it did not. So I removed the card, put it back in, and turned my phone back on. Still nothing. I took the card out, it into a Samsung Galaxy S4 and none of the card's contents showed up on that phone either.

I am at home now and tried the card in 2 different USB adapters and it did
not show up on my computer as a media device or media storage.
What on earth did my phone do to my card?

Sounds like your sd card crapped out. Some times sd cards just die.
