Help Did the Update this morning. Visual Voicemail issues.

So far, the only issue Ive found is that my visual voicemails are gone. This has happened before when I get a new phone. My account updates everything into the new phone fine, but visual voicemail is an issue.

Is anyone having this issue and knows a fix for it? I run a business off my cell phone so having that voicemail feature is important.

I had the same issue. I went online to check my subscription and it was not on my plan. Weird...so I noticed that they are offering basic VVM for free so I added it to my plan and then a couple of hours later the app updated and everything is working now.
