Did the upgrade to ICS today (Optus)

The Optus Australia official upgrade via Kies.
I was in two minds to do it, but went ahead anyway.
It was painless. Everything synced back automatically and only two or three apps needed upgrading
I really like the option to put direct call contact buttons on the home screen.
So far, all good

Phone went psycho during the night. The OS started running super slow and the battery went flat.
I did a factory reset this morning and I'm reloading everything from scratch now. Seems OK......................................
