Yea. Just sign in using your Google account and the apps you chose DL to your phone.

I did this recently with a particular app that just wouldn't update via the market on my phone. So I signed in on the computer DL'd the app, signed out and forgot about it. After an hour I got the install.

yes, it kind of does. lol on a side note: I also have an ipod touch, does anyone know if there is the same type of thing for the apple app store? I feel like the app store has a terrible browsing system, I can't seem to find stuff as easily on there as the market.
