I had problems with a Zagg product, and after dialog with their CSR returned it. I gave a credit card number so if they did not receive the original, they could charge me for the replacement. An acquaintance said "Send it by certified mail, as they have a habit of AUTOMATICALLY ignoring ordinary mail." I decided to find out, and was meticulous about addressing, etc.
Sure enough, eventually my credit card showed the second billing.
