Differences in Android Market U.K.?

Is there a difference in applications that are available on the U.K. Android Market vs., say, in the U.S.? I ask this because a customer from the U.K. swears that he can't find my app on his view of the Android Market even though it's easy for me to find in any number of ways.

What's more, it apparently used to be there but now is gone. Anyone know what might be going on?

It is not as coutry dependent as much as phone dependent.

Thanks. The name is "GedStar Pro" and I can find it here by name as well as with the keyword "genealogy", etc.

As another responder said, I wonder if things can be filtered depending on the phone or telecom provider.

Never mind -- turns out I screwed the guy up myself. He has an HTC Wildfire, which has a 3.2" screen but only QVGA resolution (240x320), which is considered a "small screen" for the supports-screens keyword in the app's manifest. When I posted the latest update, I decided not to support "small screens", so that's why he could no longer see it.

I've already run my app on an emulator with the QVGA screen and it actually looks and works OK, so I'll just remove that restriction and re-post it.
