Different accounts for different services?

Here's the situation:
I have a Droid Incredible in transit to my house.
But I have some email dillemmas.
I use my gmail account to sync my Google Calendar and Contacts, but for email, I use an IMAP account. Is it possible to use the contacts and calendar from the Google account but use the Mail from the IMAP?

absolutely.

I have that very setup. Under sync you can have multiple accounts.

Under each account you can choose to sync contacts, mail or calendar separately.
