Help Digiland tablet shuts down without commnd

Digiland tablet shuts down on its own My DL1010Q thinks date is dec 2009 and shuts down after only 2 or 3 minutes. I have gone to settings and set tablet to use network time and date but tablet still shuts down and when restarted only shows picture of battery. Is this some type of virus or what?

Return it as faulty for replacement or refund(recommended). FYI the Amazon reviews basically say this cheapo, $24 thing sucks. And I know from previous posts on AF, pretty much anything "Digiland" as been rather grim.

And don't bother looking here for them...

We are not the manufacturers of the "DigiLand" table and we have NO association with that tablet.

Sounds like they've had it up to here with the things, and problem enquiries with them.
