Dimmed lock screen.

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove the dim effect on the lock screen. I have a Galaxy Note 4. Thanks!
 
Thanks for the reply, but maybe I didnt word that right. What I mean is this; When my phone is locked, I press the home or unlock button to turn my screen on and it goes to my pattern. For the first couple seconds its on, its so dim I can barely see my screen and pattern. Is there a way to disable that 'dimmed' look?
