Help Dinc takes calls from some phones, others go straight to voicemail.

My gf and I both have Dincs. When another phone calls her, her phone rings OK. When I call her, it goes straight to her voicemail and registers a missed call.

Any clues? She's on the line with tech support, but that's going nowhere fast.

Found the answer!!

There's apparently a "route to voicemail" setting under contacts! Deselected that option and now it rings!

I will leave this posted, I bet others have had this issue.
