direct call not working

Hello everybody☺
I have a problem with mi s5,direct call and smart alert are not working at all...

Everithing else is working ok exept this...
*#0*# is showing that my sensors are working...


Please help.

pardon my ignorance, but I don't know what you mean by "direct call".

How is it you are initiating a "direct call"?

Phone app up, select a contact, press dial?

Phone app up, select favorites, press a favorite name?

Phone app up, long press a single kybd key to do a "speed dial"?

That is a app in motion and gestures in settings....

It woud have to work when you pick up s5 and put it on you ear to call contact on the screan.

motion and gestures has a lot of issues,

I just turned it OFF and I'm done with it.

I was afraid that mi s5 is not working properly...
