Help Direct dial widget

[Swimflower]

Lost the direct dial widget, or something. How do I get it back. Holding on my screen just goes to "choose wallpaper".

Wouldn't know how to change Launcher. But when I went to it and clicked it asked to complete using Launcher or twlauncher; I chose twlauncher and its all fixed now! Thanks so much!
