Ok so I'm using BlissPop on my Volt and I just downloaded the newest ROM update. I've never updated a ROM before and dont want to screw it up so do I dirty or clean flash? Which is better / easiest and why ? Can you tell me the detailed procedures for both? I have latest TWRP installed. I basically just want to use the easiest method if possible but will follow procedure that is best in the end so I dont have problems down the line. I also have Titanium installed. thanks

This is going to vary from ROM to ROM,here's my 2 cents:
1) Ask the developer what they recommend & go from there.
2) If the update is akin to the small patch/security updates the mfgs/carriers issue, you should be fine flashing the update over the existing ROM.
3) Do both:
Make a back-up & flash the update "dirty" & flash a "clean" version & restore your Titanium backups,or,re-install your apps clean.See if there's any noticeable difference.
Worse case scenario, you have a backup of what you have ATM to fall back on.
