Help Disable all internet (malware)

The question may sound stupid, but if my android device is infected with remote controling malware, am i safe if both wifi and mobile network are disabled. I is there a way for the malware to turn the wifi or mobile network on its own?

Hi..

Android apps can toggle quick settings, such as Wi-Fi or mobile data, without asking for root permission. If your device is infected with malware as serious as this, the best way is to flash back to stock firmware and start over, but that's techy, Android-nerd stuff.

Thanks for the response JaronH, i will probably do that but still never believed it could turn the internet connection on its own :x so probably the only thing lthat iam left to do is plug out the SIM card and shutdown the phone
