Help Disable EVDO on phone?

I am used to the incredible where you hold down the power button and disable "mobile network" but i don't know how to disable 3g on the transform, i know for a fact that 3g sucks battery life. any help is appreciated!

I think there are apps to shutt off the 3g. If 3g sucks battery life I can't imagine what 4g will do.

I use DCswitch. It's a simple widget that allows you to turn 3G on and off; works great.
