Sorry for the newbie question, but if somebody can point me into the right direction. It's been a while since I been with sprint, but when I had my Evo 3d, I did something to disable MMS compression, but can't remember it. Do I have to root? I send a pic to somebody, and the pic goes from 3mb to 90kb.

Hello Yeah Yeah. I saw that covered over at XDA ([HOW-TO] [TEAM XPOSED] How to set your own customized MMS messaging size options - xda-developers) along with a tweak rooted users can make to help with distortion in some pics. This is for the EVO 3D, not the Epic, but it could head you in the right direction.
