Help Disable Quick Launch Shortcuts?

How do you disable Quick Launch/Shortcut Keys on Galaxy Relay? Every guide says "Settings>Applications>Quick Launch"


However on Samsung Galaxy Relay there is not Applications under "Settings" Just "Applications Manager" and Quick Launch doesnt show up.

Any ideas?



P.S. What I mean is if I press M, maps open up when I am trying to text. If I press L, then calander opens up.
