disable samsung power controls????!!

hey i was wondering if there was a way i can disable all the power control options, ie wifi,gps,bluetooth and so on when i pull down the notification bar so they don't show up because i prefer to use one that i make on my home screens instead of having one in the drop down menu?

I could be wrong but I believe the only way to do this would be to root and have a rom that does that.

I don't know if you can deactivate it. Personally, that is one thing I wish was part of Vanilla Android. It's always been one thing about my Galaxy Tab, i've been a fan of.
