Disable screen off when status bar active...

[Me_Droid_Freak]

Does anyone know of any way to keep the screen on as long as the status bar is pulled down? I know there are apps that can do such things, depending on what app is open, but the status bar never appears in the lists. It could be very handy if you didn't want your phone to lock, but didn't want it to always delay...?
