Help Disable Select Input Method Icon?

[pwannell]

Anyone suffering the same irritating little keyboard in the notification bar? Could really do with it not being there. I have selected what I want to use to type now I just wish it would go away. Anyone else having this? Regards

Same problem on Galaxy Nexus. Must be an ICS thing.

Yup, Galaxy nexus here. It's reaaalllly annoying. I like clean status bars...

EDIT: I found a mod over on XDA. Looks like you need to compile it yourself though: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1576624
