Help Disable SMS From Call Log

It has never been discussed here, my phones call logs also show log of sms messages, how can i hide sms message log from appearing in call log?

when you in the call log hit the menu button than view by, than you can choose how you want to view the log
 
I noticed that if you close all apps, it'll revert back to "All logs." Is there anyway to permanently set it to "All calls?" I've looked in the phone settings but don't seem to find anything for it. Thanks!
 
I have the same issue and have found it raised on many forums online, but no one seems to have an answer.

I called Samsung UK support today and they advised me that this is a known issue and is currently being investigated by their developers, but at present no fix has been identified.

I guess we're all just going to have to live with it for now!! :confused:
