Apps disable standby

Hi!!

im searching for a solution to end the standby view of my phone at a certain time.

in some other applications i found a permission called system tools --> disable keylock. my problem is, that i dont find a suitable example. the only example that i have found describes how to prevent the phone from sleeping and not how to end the sleeping...
so if anyone has an idea please let me know!!!!!!!

Thats not really what i meant, or can the alarm manager disable the black standby screen?

i want to use the alarm manager to start the deactivation of the black standby screen. the alarm manager works fine, but my problem ist that there is still the standby screen.

I think what you are looking for is KeyguardManager to disable the keyguard and PowerManager to acquire a wake lock to wake the phone up from sleep/standby
