Morning, I wish to disable access to the system settings on a sony xperia device, but I require them to be able to access the bluetooth settings. Is this at all possible? When I disable settings it also prevents the bluetooth settings being opened from the drop down at the top.

Welcome to Android Forums!

Bluetooth is a system setting, and to my knowledge there is no way to disable/enable individual system settings such as you seek.
