Help Disable touch screen on tablet

I do a lot of digital art, drawing with an S-Pen, a couple apps have options to use stylus only, I can rest my hand on the screen, the rest of the apps...wear a cotton glove? So I tried a couple screen lock apps but they also lock out the pen. My Samsung Note 10.1 2014 edition tablet is not rooted and I want to keep it that way, does anyone know if and how it could be done? I've spent 5 hours today on this less than fun adventure. There are no settings for it even under developer options. Thanks!

Quite sure that can't be done, disable finger touch but leave it sensitive to S-pen only, not easily anyway, and certainly not just by settings or an app. Wearing thick gloves is a possibility, that might stop the screen being sensed by your fingers.

Thanks, I was also thinking of making a special glove, cotton with the fingers cut off, then I can rest my hand and still use screen gestures like pinch, twist n stuff.
