disable updates notifocation

Most likely these are application update notifications. You can go to the Market and update your apps manually. As you do, check the box that says "Auto update", that way they should update with out notifying you. However, you will still get a notification that an app has been updated.

You could dig around in the settings of the Market app to see if there is a way to disable the notifications, but it is to much bother for me, when all I have to do is hit the "clear" button to get rid of a notification.
