Disable Welcome Screen?

Can you disable the home/lock screen (screen with circular slider to unlock)? I have a Droid RAZR Maxx, and if I drop the phone into the docking cradle, the phone will unlock and show the desktop calendar. However, if I drop the phone in the car dock, it will stay on the lock screen until I slide to unlock. I would like to setup my driving profile to turn that screen off so that it goes straight into my car dock menu.

You can set tasker to enable driving mode when docked or connected to Bluetooth, no idea of this will disable the lock screen though.

Yep, I already have that installed for another profile that I use. I think I did try something with secure settings for this profile, but it didn't work...
