Disabling Ant+ but retaining Bluetooth Lite

Is there a way to disable Ant+ while retaining the Bluetooth Lite (BLE) radio on Samsung phones? The newest generation of heart-rate monitors send both BLE and Ant+, which results in a mess if the phone picks up both sensor transmissions.

The most recent Samsung phones don't even support Ant+ any more, which kind-of solves the issue. The Samsung generation before the last, however, is problematic.

probably not. radios are on by default. and unless you can turn them on or off within your phone's settings, you will most likely not be able to turn them off.
