Disabling my connection

Pls any program in the market to easily help me manage my internet connections. Some programs are eating up my data plan.
 
Turn off autosync and background sync.

You should have a stock Power Managerment widget that has a "sync" button. Use that to toggle your data sync on/off. Easiest and cheapest way, as it is free.
