Display Adjustmant? Overly saturated skin tones

When I view photos on my OV, the skin tones are overly saturated and reddish. Originally, I thought that it was the camera app but I just copied some photos to it that I took with my DSLR (previously adjusted and printed) and those photos also look terrible on the OV. Does anyone know how to adjust the display to show skin tones more natural?

unfortunately no. this screen by default is very saturated with color and high contrast - which makes graphics/icons pop, but not good for viewing photos. oddly, this is the opposite of the HTC EVO 4G (which had washed out colors and low contrast)
