Help Display Flipped

My honor 4x display was flipped and inverted. Everything was upside down and fonts are being seen by in reverse order and inverted format as we seen in rear view mirrors.But the there is no problem with the touch,it will be as always normal.When i take a screen shot and see through the system everything was normal. I reinstalled the OS ,also tried the hard reset and at last display was disconnected and reconnected.But the problem still remains.
What will be the problem,can i get a solution for this?

Unless there's an app for that and someone's pranking you. Your Android display should not reverse like that.

The problem happens when i restart the phone by kepting upside down
Also i removed my OS and reinstalled it so if the problem is becuase of an app, it will be managed by reinstalled new OS.was it right?

When you say you removed your OS and reinstalled it:
1. What device?
2. What OS?
3. Removed how?

I agree with dontpanicbobby, this is truly bizarre. More information would be great.

Could be you flashed an incorrect ROM for this particular Honor? If so, did it come from Huawei or somewhere else?

It could even be there's two production versions of the 4X, which have a different display component, with firmware specifically built for each, and if you loaded the wrong one. One requires the display driver to be configured for mirror image flipped. I'm just trying to think why this could happen to a phone, given what you've said.

The device is honor 4x
Later OS was kitkat and i flashed it and installed the lollipop firmware from the huawei community website which is they are told the correct OS.
 
I think it probably wasn't quite the right exact firmware, yeh it runs but everything is flipped. You'll probably have to see about rolling it back to the original Kitkat it had. Or check again with the Huawei community forum, they might know more.

The firmware was given in the huawei official site, such as same in hihonor's site

The problem was happens when i use in kitkat version I was just trying to solve the problem so that i have changed the os try hard reset and so on
