My display loses color and randomly goes to black and white. I have to go back into settings and tell it to use color again. There's no Rhyme or Reason for this and it can happen any time of the day. Sometimes I turn it on it's in colors other times I turn it on it's in black and white. Anybody know what's going on? Thanks.

That sounds like a hardware issue, take it to your carrier and complain
you can try a few things. try it in safe mode and see if it is still happening. and you can also do a hard reset and see if it is still happening. if all those fail, then i would for sure take it in.

FYI monochrome display is something that can be done from the Developer menu in Settings. Has anyone else been messing with the phone?
