Help Display resets itself to dim

I normally set my display to about 65% brightness--but every few minutes it resets itself to 16%. How do I stop this? (LG G4, Lollipop)

Do you use auto-brightness or a third-party power management app?

The brightness slider has an Auto button at the high end, but I have this problem whether it is on or off.

I don't think I have a third-party app like that -- how can I check?

Hmm, I also have the same G4 running Lollipop but I never encountered this problem. You should check if the battery saver feature has automatically kicked in, either by you or an app.
