Help Display with dark horizontal lines

Recently my i9100 screen.started showing black horizontal stripes, and they become darker as the weather gets colder.
Anyone knows the cause of this defect? Is it fixable?

Bring the phone indoors, in a place in which you['re comfortable wearing normal indoor clothing. Let it sit at least 24 hours. Take some pictures that would show the lines. Are they still there?

Also, what's the air temperature when the problem is occurring?

Cameras and displays exhibit strange effects under extreme temperature conditions. If you see this happening on a cool spring day, I'd say there's a problem. If by "weather gets colder" you mean "colder for the north slope of Alaska", I wouldn't be concerned.

Its less visible at ~30C and above.
At 25C it looks like what you see in the picture.
