alright, here is my issuse i bought my moment in wichita, kansas about a month ago well almost a month ago, if it is over the 1 month can they still update my phone and can i update it from my computer cause i dont currently live in wichita and going to college 2 hrs away. so the basic question would be, can i update my phone without having to go to the sprint store, and if i do since the next time i wont be in wichita will be in 2 weeks. will they charge me?
