I'm currently having a problem with my Galaxy S7 where whenever I am in a call (Skype, whatsapp, Facebook calls, etc) every other sound other than the call itself becomes distorted. As soon as the call ends the distortion clears and is back to normal again. I did not have this problem with my S6, and I was wondering how I could fix this problem? Some examples of this distortion is evident when I am watching YouTube videos whilst in a call. Any help would be appreciated.
