Looking for a possible answer to a question i have been asked about Andoid IOS in relation to their latest phone Operating system (Jellybean). They have distribution processes that developers reference when developing and submitting their apps. Also how this could affect consumers and SME's, and HEI's. I am not quite sure of these distribution processes and would love to get some info on this. Would appreciate any help.
