Sorry but i'm her for advice as a soon to be new android user not "should have done this". Not everyone has S4 top of the range money. I dont spend beyond my means. I dont like HTC and my service provider dont seem to sell the other two, since i get friends and family discount i'm not leaving. Not that i should have to justify an S3 decision at all. I've seen a total technophobe use it comfortably and love it.

Gonna order a 32gig sd card to get photos and musi ready in advance. So just contacts to transfer from iPhone to s3

A new SD card needs to be formatted in the phone before use. If formatted on another device your new S3 may not be able to read it.

Ah great thanks for the warning, just ordered it today so will remember to put it in the phone before i put it in the laptop to drag an drop things on
