My name is Kevin. I'm a DJ/KJ (karaoke) and have an increasingly large library. I currently maintain those libraries in SQL Server Express on my desktop and print copies of my karaoke library for prospective singers to browse. That is getting cumbersome and is wasting quite a bit of paper. I'm considering purchasing Android tablets to replace these paper copies. I believe it isn't too much of a problem importing exported files from my SQL database into tables in SqlLite, but what about applications? Are there any good apps that I can get for browsing databases such as this, particularly for either songs or artists? I've never attempted developing anything for Android yet and don't have a lot of Java experience. I use classic ASP programs with VBScript and some JavaScript to maintain my SQL databases on the desktop.
